This project focuses on developing a new RNA-based therapeutic tool, 2shRNA, designed to combat drug resistance in breast cancer. By targeting two pathways simultaneously, it aims to enhance treatment efficacy while minimizing toxicity, potentially improving patient outcomes with fewer doses.
This project aims to optimize and validate a promising therapeutic tool for combined cancer therapy, 2shRNA, in an ex vivo model system.Combined therapies are of great significance nowadays, due to their key role in fighting, for instances, resistance processes during cancer treatment.
