This research focuses on visualizing the Xist long non-coding RNA and its associated particles in mouse embryonic stem cells using advanced imaging techniques. The goal is to understand its molecular mechanisms, which play a crucial role in female mammal development and various diseases.
Recent studies have highlighted a pivotal role for long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in normal physiology and disease.
