This project aims to map the three-dimensional functional connectivity of neurons in the mouse visual cortex using advanced optical techniques. It focuses on understanding how neurons interact and process sensory information through innovative methods of activation and measurement.

In mouse visual cortex, convergent evidences point towards stronger connectivity between neurons sharing similar feature selectivity in the superficial layers.
