3DTUMOUR aims to enhance cancer drug development by creating patient-specific 3D bioprinted tumor models. These models replicate the tumor microenvironment, allowing for more effective testing of drug candidates and personalized treatment approaches.
Cancer and tumours are exceptionally heterogeneous in tissue and cellular composition, clinical stage, and mutational status.
