This project develops a novel platform using engineered viruses to target therapy-resistant brain tumor cells. It aims to provide a prognostic tool and a suicide gene therapy that can help predict and eliminate cells responsible for tumor relapse, enhancing treatment outcomes for patients with malignant brain tumors.
