ADAMI aims to revolutionize tissue microstructure imaging using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) through a data-driven approach. By leveraging machine learning and multiple contrast mechanisms, it seeks to provide accurate in vivo insights into tissue composition, particularly for neurodegenerative diseases.
The ability to study tissue microstructure in vivo and completely noninvasively using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has the potential to radically change how we detect, monitor, and treat diseases, in particular the many neurodegenerative diseases that affect our world’s aging population.
