This project aims to revolutionize jet engine component manufacturing by developing a new Investment Vacuum Process, enhancing fuel efficiency and reducing emissions. It seeks to position a Swedish foundry as a competitive player in a market dominated by a few large firms.
The aviation sector is a truly global economic force in Europe, contributing with 2.1% of its GDP and 5 million jobs, and it is expected to continue to grow by a further 45% by 2035.
