This project focuses on improving our understanding of immune responses by developing advanced models for analyzing immune receptor interactions. It aims to enhance vaccine and therapeutic design by accurately predicting how immune receptors recognize antigens.
B- and T- cell adaptive immune receptor (AIR) repertoires are highly diverse, enabling response to a wide range of pathogens.
