ALDREN aims to improve building renovation rates and quality by creating standardized energy performance ratings and promoting health-focused renovations. The project seeks to establish a business case for deep renovations, encouraging private investment through a building passport system.
The ALDREN objectives are to achieve higher renovation rates and better renovation quality by overcoming market barriers and preparing the ground for investment.
