This project focuses on developing a lightweight and effective acoustic liner for aeroengine intake systems. The goal is to enhance acoustic performance while reducing weight and costs, utilizing innovative composite materials and manufacturing techniques.
A large role in the efficiency of the overall engine is played by the fan and bypass system.
Lightweight, effective acoustic liners will be required to meet both the weight and noise emissions requirements.
