AngioMatTrain aims to develop a novel therapeutic device for ischemic diseases by training researchers in various fields such as tissue engineering, materials science, and nanotechnology. The project emphasizes interdisciplinary research and practical experience in both private and public sectors.
AngioMatTrain focuses on the comprehensive, multidisciplinary understanding of ischemic diseases, from basics to translation, fully supported by 8 full partners (5 universities, 1 hospital and 2 SMEs).
This ITN will educate and train 12 Early Stage Researchers and 3 Experienced Researchers scientists in: tissue engineering, materials science, chemistry, functionalisation, cell biology, nanotechnology, bio-analytical techniques, animal models and prototype design.
