The APODECIDE project aims to create tools for predicting responses to colorectal cancer treatments, focusing on personalized medicine. By analyzing apoptosis and cell signaling pathways, it seeks to enhance treatment efficacy and inform clinical decision-making for patients undergoing chemotherapy.
With the arrival of new colorectal cancer (CRC) therapeutics targeting specific cell signalling pathways, such as anti-EGFR therapy, personalised cancer treatment is at the door step of clinical practise.
