APROPOS aims to create eco-efficient processing solutions for agricultural and fishery waste, transforming them into valuable bioactive components for various applications. The project emphasizes zero waste concepts and local processing to support small and medium enterprises in Europe and developing regions.
The focus of APROPOS is to develop novel eco-efficient bio-mechanical processing solutions to enrich intermediate fractions from industrial high protein and oil-containing process residues originating from agriculture and fisheries.
