AQUAMON addresses urban water pollution by developing innovative monitoring strategies and management systems. The project aims to enhance water quality through improved detection and response to pollution sources, ensuring safe and clean water for urban populations.
Urban water pollution, resulting from rapid urbanisation, industrialization, and climate change, poses a significant threat to public health and environmental impact, compromising water quality.
