This project aims to create and analyze entangled states of up to 25 atoms using optical tweezers. By manipulating individual atoms and leveraging their interactions, it explores quantum entanglement, which has applications in quantum computing and information processing.
The goal of this project is to prepare in a deterministic way, and then to characterize, various entangled states of up to 25 individual atoms held in an array of optical tweezers.
Such a system provides a new arena to explore quantum entangled states of a large number of particles.
