ARISE aims to create a new infrastructure that combines various atmospheric measurement networks to produce a detailed 3D representation of the atmosphere. This system will enhance weather forecasting and climate modeling by providing high-resolution data from the ground to the mesosphere.
ARISE proposes to design a new infrastructure that integrates different station networks in order to provide a new “3D” image of the atmosphere from the ground to the mesosphere with unprecedented spatio-temporal resolution.
