The ART-X project aims to develop a versatile satellite navigation receiver that integrates signals from Galileo, GPS, and GLONASS systems. It focuses on enhancing performance, reducing costs, and improving real-time error detection for applications in navigation and attitude determination.
In the frame of ART-X, a professional receiver shall be prototyped, based on the experience form the previous ARTUS FP6 project, but improved towards a commercial competitive receiver in terms of functionality, performance, cost, size and power taking into account the evolving satellite navigation systems, changing markets and user needs.
