The ASSISTANT project aims to create intelligent digital twins for manufacturing systems using machine learning and simulation. It focuses on enhancing flexibility and quality in production by integrating human and machine intelligence through data-driven decision-making tools.
With a multidisciplinary consortium combining key skills in AI, manufacturing, edge computing and robotics, ASSISTANT aims to create intelligent digital twins through the joint use of machine learning (ML), optimization, simulation and domain models.
