The Asterix project is developing an autonomous weeding robot that significantly reduces herbicide use in precision farming. Utilizing advanced vision technology, it targets weeds while preserving crops, aiming to enhance agricultural sustainability.
The overall vision of the Project is to prototype, pilot, and commercialise our cost-effective and environmentally friendly weeding robot, Asterix, for the global precision farming sector.
