This research explores the mechanisms of ice nucleation in the atmosphere, which is critical for cloud formation and precipitation. By improving measurement techniques, the project aims to better understand how various aerosol particles contribute to ice nucleation.
The focal point of the research proposal is to combine the current technological advancement and scientific questions regarding the unknowns of atmospheric ice nucleation.
