This project investigates the molecular mechanisms behind hemorrhagic shock and its link to heart failure. Using a rat model, it aims to identify triggers of hemodynamic instability and propose therapeutic strategies for prevention and treatment, enhancing understanding in critical care settings.
The relationship between hemorrhagic shock, systemic inflammatory response syndrome, and multiple organ failure has long been investigated, but no accepted tissue injury mechanism has been assessed.
