BAPAURA aims to enhance energy efficiency in public buildings across small and medium-sized municipalities. The project provides technical and financial support to overcome barriers in implementing energy-saving measures and innovative financing options.
National and European energy savings in the building sector at small and medium-sized municipalities are not being met.
