Binspector is a smart solution that helps restaurants and caterers reduce food waste by using a combination of a smart camera, scale, and artificial intelligence. It tracks food waste and provides insights to optimize kitchen operations, ultimately aiming to decrease waste by 70% and save significant costs.
Worldwide, one-third of all food production is wasted, 15% of which is generated by restaurants, hotels and caterers who lack the tools to reap the benefits of reducing food waste.
Our product, Binspector, combines a smart camera, a smart scale and artificial intelligence image recognition technology to automatically register all food going to waste and supply actionable insights to chefs on how to optimize inefficiencies.
