Biomass4Synthons focuses on enhancing research and training in synthetic organic chemistry by utilizing bio-renewable materials to create valuable synthetic building blocks. The project aims to strengthen collaboration between institutions in Portugal and Bulgaria, promoting sustainable practices in chemistry.
The overall strategic objective (Ob) of the project Biomass4Synthons, is to place the Institutions Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lisbon (FFUL), Portugal and Institute of Organic Chemistry with Centre of Phytochemistry Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IOCCP-BAS) Sofia, Bulgaria, and the two non-academic partners:
