The BUILD project aims to create a framework and toolbox for participatory co-design in person-centered integrated care for older adults with complex needs. It focuses on enhancing community engagement and addressing social inequalities in care access and outcomes across Europe.
The significant increase of the older (65+) European population with complex care needs calls for a better integration and coordination between health care and social services.
