C3HARME focuses on developing advanced ceramic matrix composites for aerospace applications, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures and corrosive environments. The project aims to create materials that can self-repair during operation, enhancing performance in rocket nozzles and thermal protection systems.
There is an increasing demand for advanced materials with temperature capability in highly corrosive environments for aerospace.
