The CAFE project focuses on enhancing food processing through smart control techniques. It aims to integrate advanced sensing devices and modeling to optimize processes such as bioconversion and preservation, ensuring consistent product quality despite variability in raw materials.
The objective of the CAFE project is to provide new paradigms for the smart control of food processes, on the basis of four typical processes in the areas of bioconversion, separation, preservation and structuring.
