This project focuses on pancreatic cancer, aiming to develop new cellular and animal models to analyze large-scale metabolic and transcriptomic data. It seeks to identify and validate novel therapeutic targets, particularly in tumor-initiating cells, to improve treatment options for this deadly disease.
Cancers are genetic disease arising from the accumulation of multiple molecular alterations in affected cells.
