This project aims to enhance climate policies by focusing on consumption-based greenhouse gas emissions. It seeks to improve carbon accounting systems and develop effective demand-side policies to complement existing climate strategies.
Climate change mitigation now focus on production, where upward drivers of GHG emissions come from consumption.
