This project investigates the experiences of young male family caregivers in Europe, particularly in France, by comparing their practices with those in Japan. It aims to inform policy development to improve the well-being of caregivers and care receivers, addressing the challenges posed by demographic aging.
Rapid demographic ageing in Europe, as highlighted in Horizon 2020 health priorities, makes the challenge of long-term care increasingly pressing.
