This project focuses on understanding the phase behavior of charged anisotropic colloids, particularly how their shape and interactions affect their properties. It aims to provide insights into the behavior of clays, which have significant industrial applications.
In this proposal we present a program of research and training in the area of soft condensed matter and statistical physics, focusing on understanding the role of long ranged interactions on phase behavior of anisotropic colloids.
