This project aims to create a new method for activating carbon-hydrogen bonds in organic molecules using chiral bases. It focuses on synthesizing valuable chiral cyclic compounds through innovative chemical reactions, enhancing the efficiency of asymmetric synthesis.
The goal of this proposal is to develop a new strategy for asymmetric C(sp3)−H activation using a chiral base instead of chiral ligand, and will focus on oxidative addition-induced and decarboxylation-induced reactions.
