The project investigates chlorosulfolipids, complex natural toxins, to understand their structure and biological activity. It aims to develop analytical methods for detection, study their conformations, and explore their potential in drug discovery and environmental safety.
Among the various toxins isolated, the chlorosulfolipids are particularly intriguing because of their structural and stereochemical complexity.
