This project seeks to improve nuclear chemistry education in Europe by creating a coordinated training scheme. It aims to attract more students to the field and enhance the qualifications of future professionals through modular courses and a virtual educational platform.
The renaissance of nuclear power will require a significant increase of the numbers of the respective specialists, among others also nuclear chemists.
Because the current situation in nuclear chemistry education and training in Europe is quite diverse, the project aims at its coordination.
