The present proposal is to respond to multiple programme priorities: firstly to enhance the participation of underperforming member states in the framework programme, together with contributing to solutions for the major challenges of the European Union in research fields, as defined in the Horizon Europe programme, with a focus on challenges connected to the transition towards a Sustainable Circular Economy, and specifically technological and socio-economic aspects of the transition.
