The CLARA project enhances the use of climate services to manage natural resources and improve disaster resilience. It focuses on developing user-driven climate services based on advanced seasonal forecasts to support decision-making in sectors like agriculture, water management, and public health.
Climate variability and change (CVC) embody sizeable economic, social and environmental risks in Europe and globally .
Climate services (CSs) (Brasseur and Gallardo, 2016;
Brooks, 2013;
