CleanAlgae2Value seeks to improve the market viability of microalgae by developing a biorefinery process to produce high-quality food ingredients. The project focuses on creating sustainable, cost-effective methods to extract valuable components from microalgae, enhancing their acceptance in food and packaging markets.
