The CO3 project assesses the impact of disruptive technologies on public service co-creation with citizens. By piloting various technologies, it aims to evaluate citizen engagement, economic value, and legal implications, ultimately developing a sustainable model for public administration collaboration.
CO3 aims at assessing the benefits and risks of disruptive technologies, namely: blockchain, augmented reality, geolocated social network, liquid democracy tools and gamification, in the co-creation, co-production and co-management of public services with citizens as PAs partners.
