The COASTLINE project focuses on developing innovative methods to monitor and analyze coastal zones using geoscience and remote sensing technologies. It aims to enhance collaboration between academia and industry to improve environmental management in these vital ecosystems.

Objective

Coastal zones can be characterized as biodiversity-rich ecosystems and places rich in cultural heritage.

They host important economic modern activities either inland or in water, providing opportunities for the generation of renewable energies and tourism.
