COBALT aims to create a Common Certification Model for industries in Europe, focusing on cybersecurity and Digital Twinning. It seeks to integrate trusted data sharing and certification processes across various sectors, including Quantum computing, to enhance technology adoption and harmonization.
COBALT proposes the introduction of a Common Certification Model (CCM) for European industries, leveraging existing standards and composing a unified cybersecurity namespace for ICT processes.
