CodeSphere aims to create a high-throughput method for optimizing nanoparticle delivery systems for therapeutic applications. The project focuses on DNA-tagging nanoparticles to enhance their ability to deliver mRNA and other drugs effectively to targeted cells.
There is currently no high-throughput method to efficiently identify and optimize nanoparticle delivery of therapeutic relevant cargo such as drugs or mRNA before progression through costly clinical development.
