The Center of Excellence in Combustion focuses on utilizing advanced computing technologies to tackle challenges in combustion system simulations. The project aims to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of combustion models, supporting the decarbonization of power and transport sectors.
The Center of Excellence in Combustion (CoEC) is a collective effort to exploit Exascale computing technologies to address fundamental challenges related to the simulation of combustion systems.
The CoEC vision is aligned with the decarbonization goals of the European power and transport sectors and the European roadmap to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
