This project focuses on improving energy efficiency policies by comprehensively accounting for the multiple benefits of energy savings. It aims to gather data, develop methodologies, and create tools to support better decision-making in energy efficiency strategies.
In recent years, research has shown that energy savings resulting from energy efficiency improvements have wider benefits for the economy and society such as increases in employment, GDP, energy security, positive impacts on health, ecosystems and crops or resource consumption.
