This project explores a novel cancer immunotherapy approach using tumor cells that express a bacterial protein to stimulate immune responses. It aims to enhance the understanding of how the immune system can be harnessed to effectively target and eliminate cancer cells.
Cancer is a major scientific and economical challenge that our society has to face and new therapeutic approaches should now be evaluated in order to decrease human and financial cost of this disease.
