COMPARE focuses on improving the detection and management of infectious diseases and foodborne outbreaks through a comprehensive data exchange platform. It integrates various health sectors to facilitate real-time analysis of pathogen data, enhancing public health responses.
COMPARE aims to harness the rapid advances in molecular technology to improve identification and mitigation of emerging infectious diseases and foodborne outbreaks.
