This project investigates the competitive effects of financial derivatives and executive bonuses on business behavior. It aims to understand how these factors influence market dynamics and managerial decisions, potentially leading to anti-competitive practices.
My goal is to shed light on the competition implications of two recent much-talked about developments in business, namely the surge of new financial derivatives and the high bonuses paid out to CEOs.
