The CONQR project focuses on developing a novel therapeutic for triple-negative breast cancer by targeting the enzyme QSOX1. The goal is to enhance treatment efficacy and reduce side effects through improved drug delivery mechanisms.
The high number of cancer cases worldwide points to the large global demand for therapeutics for adenocarcinomas (the majority of lung, breast, and pancreatic cancers).
Cancer metastases cause more than 90% of cancer patient deaths.
