This research aims to enhance inter-organizational cooperation among service systems to improve operational efficiency. By applying Game Theory and Operations Research, it seeks to develop tools for fair benefit allocation in collaborative environments.
The recent European economic crisis showed that effective use of resources is more important than ever for sustainability of companies.
