CORE Organic Plus aims to enhance organic agriculture by coordinating research and innovation across Europe. It focuses on addressing key challenges in organic value chains and improving techniques in production, processing, and market research through collaboration among multiple countries.

Organic agriculture is considered to be one of the important development pathways for improving agriculture’s relation with the environment while at the same time ensuring food safety and future food security.
