COSMOMAG aims to explore the early universe's primordial plasma by investigating cosmological magnetic fields. The project combines various observational techniques to trace magnetic field imprints from the universe's inception to the present, enhancing our understanding of cosmic evolution and fundamental physics.
Big Bang Nucleosynthesis, Cosmic Microwave Background and Large Scale Structure constitute the threesolid observational grounds of modern Cosmology.
However, we currently lack a probe of the state ofthe primordial plasma during the first microseconds of the Universe’s history.
